During this time of the year, my wife and I sometimes sit in the backyard looking up at the sky on a clear night. As we watch the stars twinkle and peer into the depth of the universe, our conversations can turn deep as well. We contemplate many things as we chat in our chairs.

Consider. Ponder. Think about. That’s what the psalmist asks us to do in Psalm 8:3. What is he asking us to think about? The sun, the moon, the stars… the vastness of space. I don’t know about you, but if I reflect on it for any length of time, I begin to realize how small I really am! The amazing thing is, in spite of our relative “smallness” compared to the stars, it is us that God cares about! More than anything! How do we know this? Jesus didn’t come to save the stars, he came to save us!

The message of the gospel is not the sun, the moon, the stars, it’s not even this earth that we live on. The message of the gospel is the truth that Jesus came for you and me. This gospel hope is what we are called to share with those who live, work, and eat with us, with those both near and far from us.

Here at WRGN, we share that message daily using every means possible. You may find it in a hope-filled song, a truth-filled message, an equipping program, or another resource that we share with our listeners. We share it through events, concerts, and more–every opportunity! We couldn’t do it without you, and for that we thank you!

So consider, ponder, and think about how you can share what God has done and how much He cares for you with someone else today! Share WRGN with them, and we will help partner with you in sharing this good news, too!
