Victims Resource Center will hold an official ribbon cutting ceremony at its Luzerne County Office as well as the presentation of the Allied Professional Awards. The new office is the headquarters for the organization, in addition to the Prevention Education and Outreach Departments.  Direct Victim Services are also provided in this location.  This new facility includes a counseling room specifically designed to meet the needs of child victims.
