Join CSU’s Theatre Department as they perform “The Alabaster Jar” by Frederick L. Saur on April 10 at 10:05 a.m. on the beautiful CSU campus, 538 Venard, Rd. Clarks Summit, PA. This event is a free gift to the community. “The Alabaster Jar” is a creative re-telling of Luke 7:36-50 and John 8:1-11 that explores the complexities of forgiveness and family relationships. The wraparound play “Peter’s Lesson” is an original work written by Clarks Summit University students Alysa Walker and Olivia Campbell. CSU’s Theatre Department will also offer free performances at the following churches: Victory Baptist Church in Reading, PA, on April 7 at 9:30 a.m. and South New Milford Baptist Church in South New Milford, PA, on April 14 at 6 p.m. No reservations are requested.
