Hour of Power Prayer Time

Three churches in the community are coming together in prayer over the next three months. Prayer is the believer’s way to spend time with God and God’s way to communicate to us. The purpose of coming together is to seek God for his help for our communities, country, and the issues facing the nation and the world. Any personal prayers are also able to be included.

These churches will be in agreement while seeking God for solutions to problems and for our country to come back to God.

One church will be open 9 AM – 10:30 AM on June 18, July 16, and August 13. Everyone is encouraged to come into that church and spend a few minutes in prayer. There is no set time for arriving or departing during the hour and a half; whenever you have a few minutes to stop in to pray. People can stay as long as they wish.

• Saturday, June 18 – First Welsh Presbyterian Church, 398 Main Street, Edwardsville, PA
• Saturday, July 16 – Polish National Resurrection of the Lord Church, 36 Zerby Ave., Edwardsville, PA
• Saturday, August 13 – Immanuel Baptist Church, 25 Zerby Ave., Edwardsville, PA
