From Us To You
April 5, 2021
It seems like we barely put away the Christmas decorations, and now Resurrection Sunday is behind us. The calendar pages appear to be turning quickly and the things that we celebrate quickly move from “the road ahead” to the rear view mirror. What is it about us as humans that makes us want to mark the milestones like birthdays and anniversaries?
It seems that God has put that desire–in fact, almost a need –inside of us to remember and celebrate these things. In the Old Testament, many of the celebrations and feasts were there to remind the Israelites of what God had done. In the New Testament, Jesus used the feast of Passover around the time of his death as both a reminder and a foreshadowing of what was to come.
As we look back over the many years of ministry here at WRGN and what has been accomplished, we give God glory, and look forward to what he will continue to do as we dedicate the ministry of WRGN to Him. You are a part of that history and for that we are thankful! Through your gifts to this listener supported ministry, we are reminded again and again the impact that Christian radio can have on listeners.
Thank you for celebrating the milestones with us, and looking forward to many more years of ministry!
Making the days count,

So teach us to number our days that we may get a heart of wisdom. Satisfy us in the morning with your steadfast love, that we may rejoice and be glad all our days. Let the favor of the Lord our God be upon us, and establish the work of our hands upon us; yes, establish the work of our hands!
Psalm 90:12, 14, 17
