It’s the most wonderful time of the year! I know for most, when you hear that phrase, Christmas comes to mind… But let’s not rush! For me, the fall season–short as it is–is my favorite (although Heather may not agree!). I enjoy the crispness in the air, the splendor of the many colored leaves, and the celebration of another year of broadcasting.

October 19 marked 35 years of Christian radio here in Northeastern Pennsylvania through the ministry of WRGN. The Friends of WRGN honored the staff with a special 35th anniversary celebration dinner, and encouraged us to continue on with the work that God has called us to. We are so grateful for the support of the Friends group, who regularly encourage us and volunteer their time and efforts in the ministry here.

I know we will also be encouraged as we hear from listeners during Share-A-Thon coming up on November 6, 7, and 8. It is a fantastic time to hear the stories of those whose lives have been touched in the past year by the ministry of WRGN. We would love to hear from you during Share-A-Thon, not just with your faith promise, but with how WRGN has ministered to you in the past year.
